Tottenham Hotspur Women have renewed their partnership with e.l.f. Brands for the 2026-27 season, with the beauty brand returning as the team's Official Back of Shirt Sponsor. The deal, which began in September 2025, continues a collaboration focused on community engagement and supporting the growth of women's football.

Ryan Norys, the club's Chief Revenue Officer, said the partnership unites two ambitious organisations. "Our partnership with e.l.f." Norys said.

Patrick O’Keefe, Chief Integrated Marketing Officer of e.l.f. Brands, echoed the commitment to creating opportunities. "We’re proud to continue our partnership with Tottenham Hotspur Women to force multiply visibility, access and opportunity for women in sports," O’Keefe stated.

The partnership has already delivered significant community impact. Last season, e.l.f. hosted 180 young female footballers for a special event where they met two current Spurs players and former captain and Hall of Famer Jenna Schillaci. These initiatives are part of e.l.f.'s broader 'empowering.legendary.female.' platform, which also includes partnerships with leagues like the NWSL and PWHL and features athletes such as Billie Jean King, Jess Carter, and Katherine Legge.

A key component of the partnership's mission is highlighted in a report e.l.f. released with Parity titled 'Girls Who Play Change the Game'. The study, which surveyed over 9,500 people, found that 'Everyday Athletes', women who played sports growing up, are nearly 50% more likely to hold leadership roles in their careers.

The sponsorship renewal comes as Tottenham Hotspur Women prepare for a key away match against Chelsea this weekend, sitting 4th in the FA Women's Super League with 10 points from five games. Their recent form shows three wins, one draw, and one loss from their last five outings.

Victoria Pelova leads the team's scoring charts this season with five goals, a contribution that will be vital as Spurs look to close a five-point gap to league leaders Manchester City. The club's full squad details are available online. The partnership with e.l.f., a brand whose products are vegan, cruelty-free, and made in Fair Trade Certified facilities, aligns with a club building both on and off the pitch. The next test is a trip to face second-placed Chelsea on 18 October.
